Bis-Acrylamide Solution Products
IDSol™ is our bis acrylamide solution product
line. Our
acrylamide solutions product line is
formulated for protein electrophoresis and contained our propreitary in-gel
dye which gives the gel a very slight blue tint. The blue dye allows for ready
identification of the wells which can greatly facilitate gel loading. To use
any of our premade bis acrylamide solutions, just add TEMED and APS
to an aliquot and pour. Our Ready-to-Use gel solutions come in three formats,
STACKING (4%; #IG001), CONTINUOUS (#IG002 to IG009) and GRADIENT MIXES (#IG010
to ID015). IDSol™ SDS
solution (#IS010)
is a 20% SDS solution that can be used to make a SDS
PAGE solution from any of our bis acrylamide solutions. With these
acrylamide solutions you can make whatever gel you need for SDS PAGE. In addition, we have concentrated bis acrylamide solutions
that are convenient and ready to dilute. These
bis acrylamide solutions (either 30% or 40%) are pre-mixed
to provide you with a convenient and flexible solution to quickly cast
your specific polyacrylamide gel. These solutions come in a variety
of acrylamide:bis ratios to meet your exacting requirements (#IS001
to IS007). These stock solution do NOT contain any dyes.
