Precast Polyacrylamide Gels For Nucleic Acid Applications

DGel Sciences offers an extensive range of precast polyacrylamide products that are commonly used in the research laboratory for DNA, RNA and Oligo applications. We offer these precast products in two cassettes sizes (10 x 10 cm and 10 x 8.2 cm) with either TBE or TAE buffers and TBE with UREA (7M).

These gels have a blue tinted matrix, 10 or 15 well formats and are sold in boxes containing 10 gels packaged in a 2 gel per re-sealable bag.

You now have the option of ordering these gels with ethidium bromide (0.5 ug/ml). Gels available with ethidium bromide have their catalog number ending with an “e” as well as the EtBr designation in the product description.
