Buffer with IDFast™ Western Blot Transfer
Buffer with your existing equipment. With IDFast™ Running Buffer (used
in Super-Fast mode; see web site section Rapid Running Buffers) you can run a
10 cm x 8.2 cm gel in just 11 minutes. Then you electro-blot with IDFast™ Western
Blot Transfer Buffer in 15 minutes and you are done! So, by using DGel Sciences
IDFast™ technology you have a complete running and electro-blotting of
your gel in significantly less time than it takes to just run a gel using the
old-fashion Laemmli running buffer.
For the traditionalists, DGel Sciences also
offers the traditional Towbin (Tris-glycine) Western Blot Buffer (cat # IDW07).
Ponceau S is used to quickly stain membranes following electro-blotting to
visually determine the transfer efficiency. Ponceau S is a transient stain
that is washed away during the Western process and does not interfere with
subsequent detection systems.

protein markers as well as
unstained
protein ladders.
